General
Purchases can be exchanged or returned if they do not meet the customer's expectations. F4Y-Amsterdam offers a return period of 14 days. The conditions for a return or exchange are as follows:
- The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number).
- Items must be undamaged and must not have been used or worn.
- All items must include original tags and be properly packaged.
For online purchases, returns are only possible with a fully filled in return form.
Online Store Purchase – Exchange via Post
Online purchases can only be returned with a completed return form. The customer should ideally pack the items for return in the original shipping box and use the return address indicated on the return form.

Upon receipt, F4Y-Amsterdam will inspect all returned items. F4Y-Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse items and send them back if they:
- Appear to have been worn,
- Are damaged, or
- Do not have the original labels attached.
Once F4Y-Amsterdam has processed the returns and all conditions for returns and exchanges are met, the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or credit card within 30 days.
Shipping
F4Y-Amsterdam is not responsible for any issues that occur during the return shipping of items. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items that are damaged during shipping, or
- Items that are delivered incorrectly.
F4Y-Amsterdam advises using a courier that:
- Insures the value of the returned items, and
- Provides proof of shipment.
The costs of returning items are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by F4Y-Amsterdam.
Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This reflection period starts the day after the product is received by the consumer or a representative previously designated by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product as necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they use their right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the entrepreneur according to the provided instructions.
Article 2 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received by the seller or conclusive proof of return is presented.
